Welcome to HoopElites.com. By using this site, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully—if you don’t agree, don’t use the platform.
1. Platform Use
By accessing HoopElites.com, you confirm that you're of legal age in your region and authorized to enter into this agreement.
Hoop Elites is a curated marketplace—we don’t manufacture or directly sell any products. All items are listed and shipped by independent third-party sellers.
2. Prohibited Items
Sellers may not list counterfeit, unauthorized, or illegal goods. All products must comply with intellectual property laws. Sellers are fully responsible for ensuring authenticity and legality.
3. Seller Liability
Sellers take full responsibility for their listings and agree to indemnify Hoop Elites from any legal claims, damages, or issues—especially those related to IP violations or counterfeit products.
4. Our Role
Hoop Elites acts purely as a platform connector—we do not inspect or verify products. Buyers and sellers are expected to resolve disputes directly. We do not guarantee product quality, legality, or authenticity.
5. Intellectual Property
We take IP rights seriously. Any reported violations will be investigated. Sellers found infringing may have their listings removed or accounts suspended without notice.
6. Seller Verification
We may request identity or product verification at any time. Refusal to comply may result in account suspension.
7. Reporting Violations
If you spot a product that appears fake or violates IP rights, report it to: support@hoopelites.com. We’ll look into it and take action if needed.
8. Disputes & Refunds
Disputes can be submitted through our platform. While we’ll help mediate, refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
9. Risk & Insurance
Sellers are encouraged to maintain liability insurance. While Hoop Elites may carry general coverage, it does not extend to sellers or their products.
10. Terms Revisions
We can update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or ban any seller who violates these Terms or applicable laws, especially around counterfeit or prohibited items. No refunds are provided for terminated accounts.
